How to Get Rid of Your Belly Fat. We all know how unattractive being overweight is, and how this can give you low self esteem, especially if you are carrying the weight on your tummy or belly area. What I didn’t know or realize was that this overweight has a greater health hazard than if you carry your excess weight on your thighs and your buttocks.
My daughter who was born with poly cystic ovaries, that developed into poly cystic ovarian disease. has always carried her weight around her tummy. But sadly, because of poor medical procedures, she now has diabetes 3 (stressed pancreatic type diabetes) and she has to get rid of the excess tummy fat, because the more tummy fat she has, the more that fat presses onto her pancreas and causes it to work even more inefficiently.
The trouble is she has dieted and dieted, to the point where her legs have gone too thin, but she still carries too much fat around her waist, and the diabetic nurses are on her case, and I can’t help wondering will she be able to get rid of the belly fat, without doing harm to her overall health. To me, she is always tired and doesn’t have great energy, and simply put, if you don’t put fuel into your tank, you or your car will stop. It is a problem. Several things I have discovered during this research into How to Get Rid of Belly Fat, is make sure you eat single ingredient food. For example food how it was originally created, not processed by man. It seems to me that when man messes around with food than the health problems creep in. Exercise is paramount if you are dieting, because if you don’t exercise you will lose lean muscle tissue and not fat, and the next time you try to diet you will find it very difficult indeed to lose weight, that is where I am today. It is lean muscle tissue that burns fat.
In the article above there were links to other articles by different authors on the subject, and one that intrigued me was ‘Lose Weight Naturally’, and the website was http://www.RealDose.com/WeightLoss. They did have information on what hormones are preventing one from losing the belly fat and suggested supplements to help you overcome. But as much as I would love to have these supplements, I have to say I hesitate to go down this way, but I had never heard of this and so I am intrigued.
If anyone out there has tried this and can really recommend it than I would love to hear from you as getting rid of belly fat is very difficult and there is much information out there that hype and nonsense.
