After many years of trying to find a magic pill to help me lose weight, I have found by experience that the side effects outweigh the loss of weight that these supplements may or not give.

I then went to Amazon.com and looked for a book about the Green Coffee Bean extract, read a chapter of the book and have to say the author really was able to whet my appetite to give these supplements a try out.  Especially as all the reviewers were very enthusiastic and had all experienced weight loss, with no side effects and most importantly of all, in my estimation, a distinct lift in daily energy.  For me that was the clincher, I find dragging my self through the day, just trying to get done what needs to get done, is to put it mildly, a pain, but to get extra energy it a definite bonus.  If you want to read a book called Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract: The Quick Start Guide to Burn Fat, Avoid Green Coffee Scams, and Reviews of Green Coffee Beans for Weight Loss  than click on the link colored in yellwo.

    How to lose weight fast, without taking any pills or drugs. I’m worried about my health. I am really unhealthy and weighty. Its not a whole lot what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my health is. My mother has diebeties, and if I am going to keep myself from getting it, I need to shed weight. Is there a quick way to shake off excess weight.

      Hi Juggat, The simplest way to lose weight without taking pills etc is to eat a little less at each one of your meals, don’t eat processed food (take aways or ready made food) because they are loaded with sugar, fat and salt – eat simple food you have prepared yourself. Cut back as much as you can on sugar and hard fat, but eating the diet stuff as a substitute doesn’t help either, just cut back as much as you can. The other one is exercise more – in fact the more you exercise you will find your body able to cope better with the food you eat. You don’t need to go to a gym, or even have expensive equipment to exercise, walking and climbing stairs helps enormously in this. Don’t attempt to diet without the exercise as you end up losing lean muscle tissue and not fat, and the next time you will find it harder to lose weight. Good luck!

      Hi gta 5 cheats ps3, I use WordPress as my blogging platform and the theme is wordpress twenty ten, but I changed the header and found a ‘suitable’ header by asking google – free wordpress headers – and downloaded the one I liked. I have another website called and there is an article on how to use WordPress with a series of youtube tutorial videos on the ins and outs of wordpress – if you want to know how use wordpress give the website a look and see if it answers your questions.
